Advice for a teen who took steroids?

im 20 now but when i was 17 i took a prohormone that contained tren and superdroyl and now im afraid that i wont be able to have kids after reading many articles listing infertelity as a long term side effect. is there anything i can do or take in order to get rid of this long term effect.plz help

Boxers help your sperm count..You can always adopt or theres lots of scientifc matters when you can take your sperm and your wifes egg and it can end up as a baby or may not work but thats about all I know.

Don’ take them again, learn from your mistake.
Go to your GP and have a fertility test.
Keep your heart healthy!
Speak to your GP nobody on here will know unless they’re a doc!
Don’t worry to much! What is done is done.

There is a fairly good chance you will be fine. Infertility usually happens when people are taking steroids but can go back to normal after a while once the drugs are out of their system.
I’m not saying to do them again or anything, but try not to panic.
