are Prohormones legal?

I hear people in the gym and people on the net talk about it all the time
is it ok to buy stuff like halovar, epistane, h-drol, m-drol or any prohormone
if so please give me some advice thanks

Generally speaking the stuff is not legal, however, there are plenty of ways to get it. Those same folks talking about it are the ones to ask about how to get it. Make sure you get the legit stuff too; you do not want to take some crap that screws up your body, not do you want to get ripped off.
