Can taking HEAVY doses of antibiotics and steriod shots lead to severe headaches?

My son contracted a Severe case of Cellulitus and was on very strong antibiotics and steroids to get rid of it. This went on for 4+ weeks before it started to clear up. He also had antibiotics from an IV in the emergency room. He has now had severe headaches for 5-6 weeks since the problem started to clear up…could these drugs still be lingering in his system and causing these headaches?? If there is a doctor out there with an answer I would be so greatful!!!!

Yes, it’s possible. Those sound like the side effects of the medication with chronic use and anything can be a side effect, it just varied in people because everyone is different.
