im taking chlorodrol 50
this is my 3rd day of it
today was crazy…all my back movements went up 15-25 pounds
seated rows from 180×4-203×4
close grip lat pull down from 190-215×4
lat pull down(wide) from 175-200 or 195×4 cant remember
dumbell rows from 85-100×4 with good form
i dont know if its the designer steroid/prohormone kicking in or if it would have had happened anyways
cuz it is only the 3rd day…im really confused…cuz 3 days shouldnt be THIS much of improvement?
btw im 16 years old 5ft4 178 pounds(i think)
also
about how long would it take to do the whole stack on lat pulldowns
i really wanna hit that 320…
i took liv.52 for 2 weeks before hand and im taking arom-x for 2 full bottles afterwards
and ill be fine. my body will take it. its 30 days…not that long…and im really confused on how 3 days would have an impact
only thing otherthan this is alot of stretch marks and a ase of horniness which i never have
i was fatigued
cuz i did lat pulldown for 3 sets of 4 first
then close griped lat pulldown for 2 sets of 4
then seated rows for 2 sets of 4
i tried 210 but that was to much i did 2 or 3
im still trying to take in that i did that much on lat pulldown
for me thats alot…oh and i weigh 179 i think
i weigh 184 right now and i havent eaten in like 3-4 hours so im guessing its 179?

Cant really tell.I sometimes have really good back days and bad ones.I have done 100*8 on time but i havent got 8 reps after that.This week i got 6 with 100 and 3 with 120.
seaterd rows i have done the whole thing for 5-6 reps before 250lbs
This week i did 230*3
Lat pulldown i dont understand how you do 200lbs on that thing and can only do 203 on seated
The max i ever done on lat if i remember correctly was 180*8 never did 200

same thing i do seated rows after i do lat pulldown 4 sets,3 sets of dumbbell,3 sets of barbell
This week was not good because of the snow.I hope it goes good for chest day tommorow.

I was just wondering if i could play football not that i want to.Not interested in the sport and i dont know anything about it.I used to play rugby in my backyard when i was in india 4 years ago a little similar to football but the people who play rugby are small compared to people that play football.
I seen people who play football like when i was in high school there was this fat guy 300lbs,22 inch biceps,idk how much he bench.I heard he crushes everyone that he hits.
I personally dont give any damn respect to fat idiot that dont workout they think they are strong and deserve respect.

To answer your question, everyone has good and bad days, regardless of what you’re taking. To answer the question you didn’t ask, no, I don’t think a 16 yo should be taking a prohormone, especially not a methylated prohormone. And if you do it anyway, I hope you’re taking something for your liver, and you’re going to do a PCT.

The answer given by Halfwords above is right. There’s no reason for a 16 year old to be on a prohormone in regards to lifting. Why mess with your hormones when your body hasn’t even figured all them out yet? You’re setting yourself up for some serious potential problems down the road.
Yes, your gains are probably based on the steroid.
