Foreskin retraction should never hurt. Does the steroid cream dry out the head of your penis? That can hurt sometimes. If it’s a recurring problem then your really need to talk to your doctor about it. You could also look up the steroid cream by brand name and check the listed side effects on a web site such as WebMD. I don’t trust Wikipedia for medical information. It’s too easy to have invalid information posted there.

by the sounds of things, your usuing the cream because you cant fully retract, which means you may just be pulling back a bit too far too quickly. Make sure you take it slow so you don’t hurt anything
