what are some things I can do to gain weight? good protein shakes? fattening foods? anything…?

    dont gain weight by eating
    its really bad for your cholesterol level and arteries and what not
    if you excersize every day for an hour, you will start to gain muscle weight which is way better for you because you gain weight without getting fat

    To gain weight, be sure you eat three times a day.

    Then to gain muscle mass, rather than fat tissue, it is necessary to do weight bearing, resistance exercises. To make muscle, you need to stress the muscle.

    You do not need to drink protein shakes, just eat good wholesome food. If you eat regularly, and do muscle building exercies and get enough calories, you should be able to gain weight.

    Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates. You can find more information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html
