Which vitamins out there can increase your growth hormones?
Any food intakes that can help?

No to all of your questions…if there were such a thing I would be taking them because I have growth hormone deficiency and take very expensive injections daily.

No and no. There is nothing that is going to make you grow any taller than you are meant to be. It is determined by your genes. When you are 21-22, you will be done growing and that is how tall you will be. Until you become old and start shrinking again.
There are no supplements, vitamins, herbs, drugs, exercises, stretches that will make you taller or promote growing.
The only thing you can do is get lifts for your shoes. But you’ll look awfully silly when you take your shoes off and suddenly you are 2 inches shorter.
