How can a skinny 13 year old male gain weight?

I’m currently 13 and I have very little muscle so I need tips and workout routines for me to gain weight. Right now I do 50 reps of 4 sets 5lbs bicep curls (I know I’m very weak) and 25 reps of 4 sets of crunches and sit ups. Please help because people at school make fun of me of how I’m weak and have little muscle. I don’t want any mean comments. Thanks!

    yah. you should worry. but not get depressed . keep that as your motivation for workout.

    Well first, you need to eat a lot of things with Protein. Ex: Meat, Nuts, Fish
    Bulk up on that. Then go to the Gym, start Benching. Continue ur crunches and bicep curls but with at least 20 lbs. When you have gained 20 lbs then stop eating so much. Then stop eating so much. Keep benching. Work your way up, might take a couple months but you gain should some muscle.
    But in my opinion you dont need to gain muscle maybe just some weight. You are normal, you just have kind of Male Anorexia. Its different from girls
