How can I gain muscle weight for football?
Posted on | February 3, 2010 |
I am 16, weigh 160 lbs., and 6 feet tall I lift 3 days a week and have a protein shake after each workout. I eat five meals a day (some are smaller). I have had some progress but if I don’t eat at least five meals a day my weight will drop. How can I gain weight and keep it? Any further nutrition or workout suggestions?

If you have issues with weight do what I did - try acai berry. If you need to lose weight its superfood qualities help plenty - nevertheless those same qualities also help those who are trying to bulk up. Fantastic! There’s a free trial going on right now at http://kulern.slimmingregimestore.info , why not check it out, what is the worst that could happen?

try lifting heavier weights, dont get used to lifting the same wieght, consume healthy fats rather then bad fats just look them up in google. try buying a natural weight gain powder, be careful though because alot of weight gainers just make you fat.
