A supplement that enhances an athlete’s strength, speed, immunity & stamina will definitely give him that extra lead whenever he needs it. MuscoMax is made for such athletes and for every person who wants to become a sports person or who just wants to stay fit. http://muscomax.net/?productz

Lots of protien. You can buy protien powder from a health food store. Eat lots of lean meats, egg whites stuff like that. Get a book on bodybuilding nutrition. Lift weights 4 times a week. Not a lot of repetitions but as heavy as you can. I gained 20 pounds of muscle following this type of system in four months. Of course you may have a faster matabolism so you won’t gain as much. But give it a try.

Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein foods like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates. You can find more information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html
