How can i gain weight in a healthy way?

I am a 15 year old boy, and i weigh 125-130 pounds. I’m on my schools track team so i run about 30 miles a week. I need a way to gain weight in a healthy way, without gaining fat.
Im also about 5′ 7, and according to charts that ive seen my weight should be a lot more relative to my height.

If you want to gain weight realistically you will be putting on some fat. It’s the only real way to gain muscle.
Start upping you calorie intake slowly and try having a higher percentage of your food as protein instead of fat. Carbohydrates are good but make sure they are natural and try to stick to slow breakdown carbs like oats.
If your gonna build muscle you’ll need to start working out but as your only 15 I will say STAY AWAY FROM WEIGHTS.
If you are gonna gain muscle in that sense your gonna do it by doing endurance training rather then weight training.
Try boxing, swimming (great one), skiing, and uphill running as this will build your muscles evenly without putting too much strain on ur joints.
Doing weights at 15 is not worth it. You need to start doing that when you are fully grown. Otherwise your hindering your height and your going to destroy your joints making life painful later on.
So basically:
1) eat more calories (protein preferably, cut fats, keep it natural)
2) Do some endurance sports to work muscles instead of cardio
3) Don’t do weights yet, you’re too young

Just eat lots of greens and very low fat meat such as dried meat to built your protein level up. good luck.

Try working on your muscle definition; muscle weighs more than fat. Eat more meat too.

if you are in track and you are 15 and way 125-130 lbs, why do you need to gain weight? do you run sprints or long distance, or special events? if you were in shot or discus, i could understand the weight gain. but, if you are seeking weight, go to GNC they have many safe alternatives for effective weight gain…
