Now, I’m not extremely religious; however, fasting on this day has always been of utmost importance to me. But, I don’t want to gain weight after the fast. Is there anyway to prevent this initial weight gain?

Let me share my success story with you!
I am a 5′7" 16 year old male, and only about a week ago I stepped on my bathroom scale. To my horror, I had reached 118.6 pounds; I knew I needed an intervention before things spiraled out of control.
Having started on my breakthrough Caffiene Diet I have already gone back down to 115 pounds within a couple of days! It is so easy and it really works, you don’t even have to excersize!
Simply substitute meals for black coffee and cola, and simply eat one small meal when you would usually have your dinner, you will be slimming down in no time!
A small dinner time meal can be as little as a quarter of a plate of salad. Remember that your body make take a little while to get used the adjustments as you have been overeating for your entire life!
