To gain weight and build muscle while getting abs you need to eat the right foods and do the right workouts, their are tons of great meals that you can eat that will give you the protein you need for muscle building and not fattening so that you won’t lose your abs. These foods actually burn fat itself while it builds muscle. You don’t necessarily need to run to get 6 pack abs. While on a great diet just do the right weight lifting exercises and do the right ab exercises.
I am currently using a muscle building program that is incredible. It has an amazing nutrition guide with delicious meals that ranges from 2000 calories to 6000 calories. And its workouts are unbelievable it shows you the most effective workouts and teaches you exactly what you need to know about gaining muscle weight while having 6 pack abs. In my opinion you will develop rock hard muscle without getting fat in the process. I started at 155 lbs and now I am 168 lbs with less body fat then I started and I am only on the 8th week of the program. I never had abs before and now I got 6 pack abs that stand out and I’m ripped.

Srry for dragging on. I’m just excited about my results. I hope this answers your question and you achieve the results you want.

Hey Doomzday,
You’ve got to eat the right food to gain weight and build muscle while not losing your abs. I think you’re probably eating the wrong type of food.
The 6 pack will have to depend on the correct work outs too.
I’ve added the resource below if you want in depth information.

You should eat lots of protein to build up muscles. And watch what you are eating. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and stay away from alcoholic drinks and cigarettes.
I suggest you should work out on a gym or look for a regimen that suits your lifestyle.
