How much weight would I gain in a month if I add 500 calories to my diet?

I am trying to gain weight. Right now I weigh 109… I am 5′3, I would like to weight between 115-120lbs. I have figured out my rmr and decided to try and add about 500 calories a day to my diet with excersize (to keep toned, build muscle). How much weight should I gain in a month of doing this?

    Each 3500 calories is about 1lb, so adding 500 calories daily should result in 1lb per week.

    To gain weight, eat more frequently, sleep eight hours, have loads more carbs. you will gia nabout 2kg, try protein shakes their not just for men, you wont gain muscle unless you wrokout, plus their full of vitamins.
