How to gain muscle weight for football?
Posted on | February 4, 2010 |
I am 16, weigh 160 lbs., and 6 feet tall I lift 3 days a week and have a protein shake after each workout. I eat five meals a day (some are smaller). I have had some progress but if I don’t eat at least five meals a day my weight will drop. How can I gain weight and keep it? Any further nutrition or workout suggestions?

have the protein shake before your workout and then after drink isopure (it’s an after workout protein drink, its not a shake though it kinda looks like kool-aid) then eat more carbs, good carbs though not things like taco bell or something also maybe try lifting 4-5 days a week and up your calorie count if you burn more calories than you eat you will lose weight
