How to gain weight and improve rugby skills?

I’m 13 years old and I’m looking to gain weight healthily. Anyway I weigh 105 pounds and I’m 5 ft 1 tall. I want to gain weight so I can be big and strong so I can run through people. So please give me tips on this.
And how do improve my fitness and rugby skills? Are there any training drills I can do or certain exercises I can do?

Trust me bru dont gain weight just pump waits and do sprints to improve your running it will work perfectly
