How to gain weight fast with a fast metabolism?

Im 15, boy 5′11 and 139 pounds.I need to know what to eat and how much to eat. I lift weights at school andsometimes do push ups. How many carbs do I need to eat a day. Also I dont drank protein shacks and stuff. PLEASE dont say I will gain weight when Im older because I work out every day so I wouldnt get fat and if I do, I got a fast metabolism so I can burn it easy.

Lots of protein!!! work out!! and eat before you sleep at night!!!
eat lost of milk, meat, chicken, tocino, jam….
eat five times a day. Cereals, fruits and vegetables must be included in your diet!!!

Try eating a fat peanut butter sandwich every night before you go to bed.
But honestly, probably nothing will change as long as your metabolism is fast.

i have a very high matablism too
its hard to gain weight, im underweight
i dont even try too, yer not gunna go anerexic or somethin.
i dont really think you need to gain any.

watch the movie supersize me and it teaches you how u gain weight by eating mcdonalds for the whole day breakfeast lunch dinner.

If you want to put on muscle workout hard with weights and eat like crazy! Also, learn how to spell.

okay you will NOT get fat when youre older cuz u work out NOW. I dunno who would think that….probably some eejit who doesnt understand matabolism. I dunno much about the shakes. I dunno exactly how many carbs and whatnot. But all I do know is bananas - ice cream- and yeast rolls are very fattening. Mite help put more weight on ya but its not healthy. I know beans and good meats can be helpful when u want more protein and u want to gain muscle mass. sorry i dunno specific answers. I just kn w bananas and ice cream can help but u may wanna take it easy with that bcuz u may not know much about your blood sugar yet. see a doctor if u can to get a good idea of a daily regimine… good luck! i admire your determination.

Include more protein and carbs in your diet (proteins are the building blocks, and carbs gives you energy to build them), as opposed to what most people were saying, don’t simply eat foods high in fat…even if you don’t see the weight you’re going to kill your heart with cholestoral and bad Low Density Lipoproteins (LDL).
And just so you know, theres a lot of healthy bulked up people out there that have fast metabolisms, you just gotta get a plan going on.
Go check out this website, if you’re going to take a supplement like this though, you gotta commit to working out along with it. It won’t do crap if you just sit around and drink it.

the idea behind gaining wight is you burn less fat then you take in.so if you rally wanna gain wight i would recommend that you wouldn’t be active for at least 3 months or reduce in physical activities if you wanna have a steady wight gain.

Eat nuts, like cashews and peanuts. They’re very healthy and fattening and has a lot of minerals that your body needs. Minerals are things that your body needs but don’t produce naturally.

Everyones saying Mcdonalds, but I have a fast metabolism too, so I know first hand, that Mcdonalds and fast food, and twinkies wont work.. honestly, if you want to gain weight fast, you can stop eating breakfast for a few days or weeks. Becuase if you dont eat breakfast, your body thinks theres no food available, and therefore keeps all your fat in. Also, if you want to know how many calories and what not to take in? well its easy. Google calorie per day calculator, and most will give you awesome facts. Im 15, boy, 5′4" and only 108 and i eat like a monster lol. In bio a couple of months ago, we did a project like this, thats why i know. In my opinon, i would say that 139 is pretty good, but after i looked at your height.. lol but yeah, working out is good too. So go google some good stuff and they’ll give you somehting like your BMS.. sounds like that!
