How to gain weight fast with high metabolism and lactose intolerance?

Hi, I’m about 5′6 or 5′7 I’m 15 years old and I weight about 110 which is very thin for my age. I can’t drink milk and my metabolism is very fast. What should I do to gain weight and musscle fast? Money isn’t an issue for me.

    Try to eat whenever you can. Eating is the best way to gain weight. I believe there is lactose free milk too, so you could try that. If you workout you can take a whey protein isolate shake after you workout to build muscle. Whey isolate is okay for lactose intolerant people. It is more money than regular whey though because they have to remove the lactose.

    Lots of heavy meals, and snack on carbs all the time

    Work out. Muscle will add weight. So not only will you gain a few more pounds, but you’ll be in shape! =)
