How to gain weight in a healthy way?

This question is for my friend. The doctor told her that she’s underweight, so what shes been doing is eating a lot of fatty junk food. Is there a healtier way for her to gain weight without damaging her body?

    hii,

    their are good fats and bad fats. just tell
    your friend to try to stay away from junk
    food because althugh she will gain weight
    by doing this it will all pile up on her belly.
    and being skinny with a flabby belly isnt
    attractive! focus on eating more dairy
    products, such as milk butter, and cheese.
    also eat smaller portions at shorter intervals
    between meals. protein helps, so try red
    meat, beef, and chicken.

    have her go to the gym. that way she will build up some muscle! there are some protein bars that make you gain weight so she can try those! =D

    Eat meat, fruits, vegetables, and grains.
    Also go to the gym and work out. Muscle mass weighs a lot more than fat mass.
