How to gain weight, in a healthy way?

Does anyone know a way to gain weight, not by eating fast food etc but just to gain a little more fat. Iono a lot pplp are looking forward to loosing weight, but i want to gain weight, im 5′1 and 100, yeah that’s good, but i don’t really like the way i look. Any suggestions?**thanks

    I have the same problem! I’ve been looking online and what I keep seeing is to eat more calories (not more fat, more calories), more protein, and to excercise a bit more. Make sure you’re eating healthy food, that helps. Good luck!

    Try eating more breads and pastas. Also you should have at least 2 beers a day.

    Eat more of the healthy food. DO NOT EAT LOADS FOR A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. This will increase the size of your stomach and make you want to eat more all the time and could lead to being over weight.

    I think your height and weight is perfect! I’m 5′3 and weigh 95 pounds :D
    You can try eating lots of calories in one day, but make sure what your eating are healthy calories like fish, nuts, bread…Or you can gain muscle weight
