How to get healthy and gain weight in a short span of time-from skinny to healthy?

I’m skinny and I want to get fit and gain some weight in a short period of time because of my busy schedule I can’t maintain on a regular diet. Help me please.

    Hey, I hear ya on the busy schedule. I’ll tell ya i use to be in the same boat as you. A bean pole. Let me just tell you the key to building size is amino acids and protein. This is a must to gain the size that you want. You want about 1 gram of protein for every pound that you weight ( 150lbs.-150g of protein) You can pick up amino acids at GNC as well as protein. If you take these supplements along with a good weight training program, you’ll be getting bigger in no time.
