   How long have you been on HRT? They should begin to begin to give you Feminine characteristics after a short time.

   Have you talked to a doctor? Are you self medicating? Are you looking for a surgeon for SRS?

   Edit: I could have sworn you name was Anu cd just a couple of minutres ago?
