A natural cure for acne is sandalwood paste. Rub sandalwood and apply on your face before you go to bed. Wash it off in luke warm / cold water the next morning. This will control acne, pimples and prickly heat. I have used it and got good relief.
You can also try dried and powdered orange peel. Mix this powder in water and apply as a mask. Repeat the above to wash it off the next morning. Your acne scars will considerably reduce.
