im starting a 5 day workout routine?

i do shoulders sunday,back monday,tues rest,wednesday,chest-triceps,thursday legs,friday rest sat biceps.Can anyone help me with good exersices,Im also taking tren x which is a prohormone,or can anyone add any suggestions for me
