man boobs from steroids.?

Ok i do not need people telling me i am a retard. I already know i am.. so please just give me advice. i took some Pro hormones almost two years ago. i was not aware that they were steroids at the time, the guys at the supplement shop just said they would make me big.. so i took them and i got big.. but i never took a post cycle.. ( a anti estrogen) i ended up developing slight gyno, but i never really did anything about it. everyone i talk to says as soon as you start to see the gyno you have to start a anti estrogen to fix it.. The thing is it has been two years since i took them and i still have slight gyno. is there anything i can do non surgical? Somebody told me to take one more cylce of PHs to get my levels back to normal and then take a good cycle of a anti estrogen. does anyone have any tips?

The somebody is probably friends with the guy at the supplement shop, don’t go on that stuff again.

You may be able to get rid of it, but its not for sure.
