muscle building help?

I wass wondering if takiing tablets that are testosterone and anti estrogen would help on building muscle? are there any bad effects of taking these? i want to be taking them just for a month.
Im 19, 5′11" 12stone adverage build. I want to get more musclier so any help/advice on what to take please

what i am looking at is this ASPARI NOVEDEX XT. would there be bad effects of taking these for a month to add to my work outs?

Your 19, way too young for it.
Eat like a horse, and train like a monster; you will see results because you haven’t even given your body enough years to build a strong foundation of muscle.

Obviously testosterone would help you build muscle much quicker than natural but there are many nasty side effects comes with it, acne, balls shrinkage, mood swing, gyno (only if you dont take anti estrogen), heart enlargement and many others. Im not against steroids i have taken them but they are not worth the risk, if you dont care about the risk and just want muscular body then by all means take them its your body do what ever you want..
