my doctor gave these sample nose drops to me for my sinus, i wanted steriod ones, are these reg nose drops?

THE DOCTOR TOLD ME IT WAS EXPIRED A YEAR AGO, BUT I TOLD HER ILL TAKE THEM ANYWAY

Astelin, is a nasal antihistamine, it is steroid free.

The doctor will not give you steroids unless he/she believes you need them. When you get your medical certification you can prescribe for yourself.
