Prohormones…Fill me in…Here’s my info…?

I’m 21,180 LBS, im in pretty decent shape, minor gut and flab around my arms,some small man man boobs. I tried Methyl 1-D and that did nothing for me. I’ve heard a lot of gossip about taking a prohormone called P6 Extreme, a few guys told me they have gained 3 pounds of muscle in 2 days and 15LBS off of one bottle.The one dude that is takin them where i workout is HUGE! Like redicilously huge and cut to the bone. Just wondering if these are an ok idea to take, If i can get 15LBS of muscle off of one bottle why not? I work out like a stallion 5 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week…..

I eat lots of protein foods like chicken,beef,pasta,yogurts,eggs,etc.

I take GNC Max Greens in the morning along with 1 serving of muscle tech creadex and a protein shake. Before i lift I take 1 serving of Leukic hardcore by muscle tech and 2 scoops of muscle tech’s plasma core Nitric oxide booster. 2 Scoops of whey protein after working out + 1 serving of Creadex. 1 scoop of Casein Protein before bed.

I eat a big breakfast in the morning, protein bars 2 hours later,pasta on lunch, workout, protein shake + chicken after workout. I was told by serveral people to just walk on max incline on the treadmill for my cardio so it doesnt eat away at your msucle after my carbs were used. My routine for each day is as follows:

Monday- Chest/Abs/Cardio after sets
-Flat Bench Dumbbell press 4 sets - 10,6,6,4
-Cable Flys 4 sets - 10,6,6,4
-Dumbbell Flys 4 sets - 10,6,6,4
-Incline Dumbbell Press 4 sets -10,6,6,4
-Pectoral Machine- 3 sets - 10,8,6
-Swiss Ball Crunches 5 sets of 20
-Swiss Ball Side Crunches 3 sets of 10 on each side
–Cardio walk on treadmill on max 15.0 incline at 3.5 for 30 mins

Tuesday- Biceps and Calves
-Preacher Curls 4 sets- 10,8,6,4
-Dumbbell Ladder start at 35’s curl as many times and go down 5lbs each time till i hit 5lb weights - 2 times
-Barbell curls 4 sets -10,8,6,4
-Overhead cable curls on cable cross over 4 sets- 10,10,8,6
-Cable Curl 4 sets -10,8,6,4 ( with each arm)
-Cable curls 4 sets - 10,8,6,4
-Machine bicep curls 3 sets - 10,10,8
-Calf Press 4 sets 10,10,8,6
-Standing Calf press 4 sets 10,10,8,6

Wednesday Tricep/Quads/Thighs/Cardio after sets
-Close grip bench press 4 sets - 10,8,6,4
-Overhead tricep press 4 sets - 10,8,6,4
-Cable Rope push down 4 sets - 10,8,6,4
-Cable press down with v-bar grip 4 sets-10,8,6,4
-Cable press down with ez-bar 4 sets- 10,8,6,4
-Hack Squat 4 sets -10,8,6,4
-Squat 4 sets -10,8,6,4
-Cardio walk on treadmill on max 15.0 incline at 3.5 for 30 mins

Thursday - Shoulders/Abs
-Barbell shrugs 4 sets - 10,8,6,4
-Dumbbell Shrugs 4 sets - 10,8,6,4 ( start at 60lbs and go up 10lbs each set)
-Military Press 4 sets - 10,8,6,4
-Overhead Dumbbell Press 4 sets 10,8,6,4
-Upright Barbell Row - 4 sets 10,6,6,4
-Front Lat Raise 4 sets 4 sets 10,10,10,10
-Swiss Ball Crunches 5 sets of 20
-Swiss Ball Side Crunches 3 sets of 10 on each side

Friday - Back,Cardio after sets
-Lat Pull Down 4 sets 10,8,6,4
-Lat Pull Down behind neck 4 sets - 10,8,6,4
-Barbell Row with V-Bar Grip 4 sets - 10,8,6,4
-Deadlift 4 sets - 10,10,8,4
-Dumbbell Rows on flat Bench 4 sets- 10,8,6,4(with each arm)
-Cardio walk on treadmill on max 15.0 incline at 3.5 for 30 mins

Saturday/Sunday- OFF

That’s my routine and i am getting stronger and can increase the weight almost each week on each set, but i would like to see my gut go away faster and get my pecs solid and just get in better shape. I put in the time and now I just wanna see the results come a little faster, which I know it’s a slow process usually but it’s my goal to be huge and in shape, just looking for some more input on prohormones the negative and postive things…
