I usually come out of this after the shot I am so sick of Drs jamming those prenisone down me theres gotta be a better solution than those pills

Sound like you might need nebulised bronchodilators. You should go back to doc or hospital, seriously.

Stress reduction. Allergy testing. De allergize your environment.
:Pay attention to where you have attacks or what is going on when they occur. Stress can make anything worse.
Program of regular meds, different inhalers .
Do you smoke tobacco? or anything else, will make it worse.
Do you have good general health, eat well, stay hydrated, some exercise?
Are you overweight? There is a relationship between gerd and asthma.
Gerd will make it worse. Over the holidays, if you ate a big meal, gerd can bring on asthma attacks. Do not eat big meals and go to bed. Sleep with
head up. .
