What are some anti-estrogenic foods?

Posted on | April 23, 2010 |

I’ve googled it time and time again but the ‘ant-estrogen’ diet just keeps popping up, in which it says to stay away from estrogenic foods. But how can I if I don’t have a clue what they are.
Can someone give me a list of foods that are estrogenic and some anti-estrogenic?

some things I eat to promote testosterone production and/or reduce the production of estrogen are:

    broccoli
    watercress
    turmeric, a spice

These 3 things are part of my weekly diet. Turmeric is a good spice, it is one of the main spices in curry but it does tend to dye things yellow (like your teeth) so I make capsules or just sprinkle a little on my food

I dont think there’s such a thing, not in food.

if there were i imagine a bloody rare wildebeest steak would do the trick

The most well known of the estrogenic foods is soy.

I believe if you do a search on phytoestrogens, you will find more.
