What is a good snack to eat before going to bed to gain weight?

I want to gain weight pretty quickly, but not by eating bad foods. I have been gaining weight in the last couple of months about 30 or so. Any help?

It doesn’t matter what you eat in a certain period of the day in order to gain weight.
You gain weight by making a caloric surplus i.e eating more than your maintenance level. If you eat more than your body needs you will gain weight simple as that.
To answer your question a good meal before bed would be cottage cheese, because it contains a good amount of casein which a slow-digesting protein which needs hours to digest, meaning throughout the whole night your body will be abundant of useful protein.

Get pregnant, then all you have to do is think of food and it finds it’s was to your thighs. OK, I guess I’m just venting my own troubles here…according to a documentary I watched a few years back, sumo wrestlers eat a lot of eggs before bed.
