What is a safe and healthy way to gain weight?

its hard for me cause im really little and skinny.reaallly skinny.i try to gain and maintain weight but it doesnt work.ik i have a fast metabolism but is that the only reason i cant gain weight?! help!

    Just concentrate of a balanced diet and exercise.

    Try eating more carbs and protein. It is heavier and has lots of calories. You’re losing more calories then you are consuming…don’t do the junk food diet…do the pasta, potatoes, steak, spaghetti, and alfredo diet.

    my cousin use to be very thin too, until she got into tennis. then she became so buff. she also ate more since she played the sport everyday. so its also about exercise and good diet.

    Eat alot of carbs and protein and workout.

    Try eating healthy, calorie dense foods such as peanut butter, nuts, avocados, olive oil, etc. These foods pack alot of calories in a small amount of food. Just 2 tablespoons of peanut butter contains 200 calories. Add 4-8 tablespoons a day and you are adding alot of calories.

    Generally this can help with putting on bodyweight. Just don’t start eating empty, unhealthy foods that have no nutritional value to them.
