A healthy diet. But…for you, I’d go with at least 4 cups of coffee in the morning and a baker’s dozen of the most fattening donuts you can find. For lunch - go by Mickey D’s & be sure to "super-size" everything. For dinner - load up on pasta with a creamy white Alfredo sauce.

none at all… if you don’t earn it, you don’t deserve it. Unless it’s medical (generally for inflamation), don’t be stupid. You’ll lose any chance of getting scholarships if you get caught. not to mention, the effects of steroids on your body are horrible. If you are male, you’re "male parts" will shrink and you will become aggressive. Do you really want to hurt the ones who love you? Don’t do it… it’s stupid. Just work ur butt off at whatever you are doing.

Steroids do nothing but give you a short term gain but at a long term loss. My advice stay away from them unless a doctor prescribes them to you.

Unless they are being taken for a medical condition under the supervision of a doctor, there are no safe steroids. Let me repeat: THERE ARE NO SAFE STEROIDS.

No such a thing. If you are thinking about buying something online, don’t do it. You don’t need to associate yourself with criminals. If you have a medical condition that will benefit from it, talk to your doctor.
