Well i’m guessing you want to bulk up and not add fat.
So, i suggest going to your local gym and doing a routine of all the muscle work out machines.
To bulk up you need to do a small amount of reps on a high weight (one you can just about manage, don’t get to the point where your shaking a lot you could harm yourself)
Why you do a small amount of reps and a high weight is because if you switch it around the other way (a lot of reps, low weight) you’ll tone up not bulk up proper muscle.
This muscle will help you put on weight as well, it weighs a lot more than fat
Hope i helped.
P.S (i’d look up the recommended amount of reps compared to weight for your age)

Protein shakes baby, and do running, mainly sprinting as it builds muscle.

You should do kettle bell workouts combined with protein shakes after a heavy workout. I started on the resistance bands and my tendons are huge. However as soon as you slack on the workouts it appears all the weight just drops back off. I was 11.5 stone at one point and now i’ve dropped back down to 10.5st (my lifetime average) after just a month or so of not doing my workouts.
Exercise seems to be the only thing that can help us, and it requires a lot, at least 1 or 2 heavy 1-2 hour workouts each week.. Good thing is that you’ll look really toned very quickly because body fat disappears so fast.
The thing I’ve learned after many years of worrying about this (I’m 28 now) is that at 6′2" and 10.5st I’m skinny sure, but it no longer bothers me because everyone else I know is fat and trying to lose weight
As long as you aren’t under-eating or malnourished, you should in theory live that little bit longer.
If you smoke.. quit, it consumes a few hundred calories a day just to smoke. Avoid other stimulants such as caffeine.
Hope you find your way mate
