What is the fastest way of put on weight? Which is the best weight gain product to take to gain weight?

I am a 28yr old female an I have never been able to put on weight and I dont even no why, My doctor said I am good how I am, but if you see me in real life you would think that I am an anorexic, trust me my legs are like sticks that you can snap in half, an been so skinny you can feel more pain then ever. All I want is to gain weight.

    Just eat a healthy diet but only do so until your full. Also drink a lot of water.

    its your nature,u can’t do any thing abt it.
    most of the time,ppl with such cases get fatter after child birth.

    You only need to change your habits a bit, and you will lose at least 5 pounds a week.

    Here is what you have to do:

    1) You should do that always, but to lose 5 pounds a week, it is extremely important to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day on that week. This way you will firstly lose your body`s water weight, which will drop off at least 2 pounds a week.

    2) Stop eating after 7 PM. If I could only choose one thing to lose weight faster, it would be this one. It is harder in the first two days, but after that it gets easier every day. Not eating after 7 PM will force your body to lose those unwanted pounds.

    3) Eat smaller meals, and eat breakfast. Instead of having 3 regular meals a day, divide the amount of food into 6 smaller meals. This will improve your metabolism, as well as will prevent you from feeling hungry. This will result in a smaller food intake. Make sure you eat breakfast as well. Remember, anything you eat in the evening, equals twice as much in the morning, That means, if you cannot live without donuts, you can eat two of them in the morning, and that will equal to only one in the evening. Why? Because body burns more fat in the morning compared to evening.
