Whats the best muscle builder out of these?

And i dont mean just getting ripped, im talking about actually making you bigger and stronger.

Out of these :

Protein
Creatine
Glutamine
Multi-Vitamin
Natural Test Booster
HMB
Growth Hormone
NO (Nitric Oxide)
Anti-Estrogens
Protein Bars
Amino Acids
Methoxy, Ecdy
ZMA

    Growth Hormone probably would but I wouldn’t use that because it could be dangerous. You need Protein intake for your muscles to repair and build bigger but if you eat right you wouldn’t need a supplement. Creatine will make you bigger and stronger but from my personal experience, when you stop taking it you will lose alot of the muscle and strength. Best bet is to have a good diet and to lift properly. Multi-Vitamins are good to take to though.

    Out of these if you were going to use any of them I would take protein. I still take protein after my workouts.

    Oh and check out http://www.crossfit.com because since I have been following that workout regimen I have put on a good amount of muscle and have lost a lot of body fat.
