Why do I gain weight when My thyroid levels are acceptaple?

I have Hosimoto’s It a under active thyroid disease. When My levels are where the are supposed to be I am Tired and I gain weight. When My levels are at a 13- unacceptable I have energy but I am aggressive and I want o freak out and I loose weight my cholesterol gets high. I’m confused.

That’s how normal people feel =P. Well, compared to being aggressive and losing weight randomly.
You’re going to have to work hard to keep off weight when your levels are where they should be. Best thing for you is probably weight/strength training. Building your muscles will help you feel more energized all around. Just be careful of what foods you take in, especially when your thyroid levels are where they’re supposed to be.
