Since five years i am suffering by pemphigus ,i am using steriod,now my full body infected and dirty scraches is also everywhere including my face.
Iuse to eat occasionaly non-veg

1) dump all of your sweets, artificial sweeteners, sodas,

3) no junk foods;
4) start drinking hot, green tea several times/day,

6) eat Kosher raw sea salt (has trace minerals that help the
skin and other body functions),
7) eat more Vit. C-rich fruits and veggies, and
thyroid gland, damages the liver).
